Hulsey has an extensive record that includes positions in both the public and commercial sectors, and he has nearly three decades of experience working in the industry. Before beginning his employment with Apex Roofing & Restoration, Hulsey served in a dedicated capacity for the public sector for sixteen years. Additionally, he has spent more than twenty years in executive leadership positions within the private sector.
